Calpurnia and Atticus go to comfort her about her husband's death.

 

After her husband is killed, Link Deas gives her a job, even though he doesn't need anyone. When she walks Link thought she was going the wrong way, but she was trying to avoid going past Bob Ewell's house. When she walks on the public road, Bob follows her and screams nasty things at her. Link Deas threatens Bob to never bother Helen again, and then Helen is able to use the road with fearing Bob.
